This incentive day is organized to strengthen in the cohesion of the employees of the company, on a day rich in challenges and discoveries.
Program, what did they do?
8 o’clock, it’s time to go! In order to fully enjoy this incentive excursion, a coach take in charge employees in the company car park.
Atmosphere guided visit at their arrival in Annecy, where customers meet their local guide, Catherine, to explore the Venise des Alpes. The picturesque and charming town of Annecy, with its turquoise blue lake, colorful alleys and mountains in the background, offers an absolutely perfect setting for a day getaway. In this beautiful environment that already gives a smile to our group of accountants, it’s time for activities!
Get on board for a nice cruise on the shores of the lake, in order to explain all the history and the secrets of Annecy and its lake, and to introduce the several charming villages, bordering the lake. During this cruise full of anecdotes, the guide evokes the old cable car of Annecy which had the most beautiful panorama of Europe, and tells that these incredible landscapes inspired Walt Disney for some movies!
Then, it’s an Action Challenge which begins with a team building rallye urbain poursuit! After the brief of our local provider and the handing over of their tablets, employees, who are split in teams start the race against time in the streets of Annecy!
Subjected to creative challenges in the different emblematic places of the city, such as the Palais de l’Isle, the appointment is given in a special place to view the photos and videos taken during the challenges, and determine the winning team!
Haute-Savoie has character in its plates! For lunch, the group of Lyonnais savored the Savoyard terroir, taking the direction of the Col de la Forclaz, at more than 1,500 meters above sea level, with a typical meal & panoramic view of the lake.
On the menu: tartiflette and Savoy ham, accompanied by local wine and blueberry pie for the most gourmet!
A day full of history, meetings, activities and tastings that has managed to unite a team and create good memories!
How they experienced it
An atmosphere of relaxation and meetings, coupled with the discovery of breathtaking landscapes and cultural learning through their guided tour and the cruise on the Lake! In short, an atmosphere felt by the participants as cheerful and dynamic, with a quality lunch, which relaxed even more the atmosphere before they compete in a team to give the best of themselves. When the reward comes before the effort!
This day which mixed Incentive and Team-Building was in any case a great breath of fresh air!

The rally activity has conquered the employees. They discovered the city of Annecy in a new light by discussing with passersby for the needs of their challenges. This challenge pushed them to work on their thinking & creativity, personally and collectively and gave them the opportunity to talk and to know people with whom they were not used to discuss. The professionalism but also the warm and friendliness of the service providers we had used made it possible to spend a pleasant day to the customers who came back delighted of their day.
